Return & Exchange Policy – Hayat Collection
At Hayat Collection, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns/exchanges are not accepted for:
- Innerwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel.
- Items purchased on final sale/clearance.
- Customized or altered products.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Request: Contact our customer support at support@hayatcollection.com or via WhatsApp/phone within the return period.
- Approval & Pickup: Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup.
- Quality Check: After we receive the product, it will go through a quality check.
- Refund: Refund will be processed to your original payment method or wallet within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Exchange Policy
- Return or Exchange valid only on defective/damaged items.
- If the requested size/product is unavailable, we will issue a store credit/refund instead.
4. Refund Timeline
- Prepaid orders: Refund to the same payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund via bank transfer or wallet credit.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days after the product passes the quality check.
5. Important Notes
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of repeated returns from the same customer, Hayat Collection reserves the right to decline future orders.
- Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the policy will lead to rejection of return requests.
